Community Action of Napa Valley Manages Many Important Programs That Assist the Community

CANV Umbrella of Programs

The CANV Food Bank provides a variety of nutritious food to low-income individuals, families, seniors and non-profit organizations throughout Napa County through five programs: Emergency Food Pantries, Free Food Markets, Silver Fox Box Program, the USDA Commodity Program, and Non-Profit Access.

CANV Kids Development & Family Program offers affordable full day/full year, high quality childcare for ages 18 months through pre-K at two locations in Napa. Our care is an extension of the child’s home, a place to learn the give-and-take of playing with other children, and a preparation for the school years ahead.

Napa Valley’s Meals on Wheels program has the mission to make a difference in the lives of those unable to prepare/cook for themselves by providing hot nutritious meals delivered by caring volunteers. We deliver more than just a meal by providing a friendly visit and check-in with each delivery.
